Plan Your Visit
Everything you need to know about visiting the Runway Brewery, including the Taproom, Beer Garden and Bottle Shop.
Covid Secure Venue
Despite the lifting of restrictions, we continue to operate a Covid Secure venue which requires co-operation between our staff and visitors to ensure we can provide a safe, relaxed and enjoyable environment for everybody during your visit.
This includes limiting our opening hours and capacity, managing circulation, respecting social distancing where possible, contactless payment, table service and site specific hygiene measures.
If you are unwell, have been in contact with anyone suffering from Coronavirus symptoms, or have been asked to self-isolate, please stay at home, get well, and we'll see you soon!
Please ensure you share this information with everyone in your group.
Visiting The Taproom & Beer Garden
Open: Friday 5pm-9pm and Saturday 12pm-8pm
Our indoor Brewery Taproom is closed so we are serving our beer outdoors, where we have plenty of space in our Beer Garden!
We operate table service for draught and bottled beer, as well as food and sodas for you to enjoy on site, or to take away. You will only be able to eat and drink on site when seated at one of our tables.
We operate a Challenge 25 policy, so if you're lucky enough to look under 25 years old, please bring suitable ID.
Track & Trace
On arrival, you will have the chance to scan into our venue using the NHS Track and Trace App or provide full contact details to enable Track and Trace in accordance with government guidance.
You can reserve a table for £10 using our online booking service with your deposit taken off your first order.
To guarantee your table reservation, you must arrive within 15 minutes of your booking time.
Please be aware a booking does not guarantee your entry to the site. We retain the right to refuse entry in accordance with our obligations under licensing and Covid-Secure guidance.
Please check the weather before you book. We can't always offer you shelter, so come prepared for rain, sun and everything in-between - it's Manchester, you have been warned :)
Please note - your deposit is non-refundable under all/any circumstances.
Do I Have To Book, Or Can I Walk Up?
We always keep back a few tables for walk ups but they are limited so we'd advise you book ahead if you want to guarantee a spot.
We are operating as a card only venue and will encourage contactless payments as far as possible - so no cash at the moment (sorry).
Toilets & Facilities
Our all toilet facilities are located inside the brewery - we'd appreciate it if you could wear your face covering indoors.
Our WCs will be managed to promote hygiene and social distancing.
Unfortunately, we do not have accessible toilets or baby changing facilities at the brewery.
Visiting With Pets & Children
Children are welcome but need to remain seated with you during your visit.
Dogs are welcome but must remain outside in the Beer Garden, on a lead and at your table at all times.
When visiting the brewery, please be aware that you will be asked to:
- Wait to be seated by a member of our team on arrival
- Respect personal space and maintain an awareness of social distancing with other groups / visitors
- We'd like you to wear a face covering when moving around indoors and using the toilet facilities
- Avoid moving tables and chairs
- Enjoy your beer!
Thanks for reading. We hope to see you soon!
